Most shows that we produce have online ticketing component for us to use to promote to our following and for the convenience of attendees >>> http://BarComicTix.com And on most of the signage, table toppers, posters and flyers, etc there is a QR code that will take them directly to this site.
There are also videos and more information regarding the upcoming performers at your establishment. So this gives a preview of what to expect.
#1 – ONLINE TICKETS ARE TYPICALLY SET AT NO MORE THAN 10% OF THE CAPACITY TO PREVENT OVER-SELLING THE ROOM
#2 – YOU WILL RECEIVE A FINAL LIST OF TICKET BUYERS AND THEIR NAMES BY 4PM THE DAY OF THE EVENT. ONLINE TICKET BUYERS MAY ALSO HAVE A DIGITAL TICKET THEY PRINT OUT OR SHOW ON THEIR PHONE
There is an additional online fee, because the purpose and point of the marketing is to drive foot traffic to your establishment to be customers BEFORE the event, as well.
So we want a bulk majority of ticket sales to occur in-house for you to collect and keep, rather than online. So it gives people a reason to visit your location and become customers.
Now, we do go nation-wide with our tour, and there are some people who will not go to the establishment ahead of time to purchase tickets, for whatever reason. We reach them with social media and the link to BarComicTix.com and those proceeds go to our social media team.
